Description

The doubled yellow flowers of 'Pleniflora' kerria are reminscent of giant dandelions, and appear when the lilacs are blooming. They often repeat bloom in summer. It has bright yellow fall foliage, and attactive green stems in winter.

Growing Tips

Kerria is perhaps the best shrub for shade, producing colorful flowers and vivid green stems even in low light. It tolerates full sun, however, flowers are short-lived in such conditions. Benefits from periodic rejuvenation pruning.
