Description

Bigger, brighter, sunny spring color! Sister Golden Hair® cytisus was selected especially for its large, showy flowers - they're about twice the size of those on other weeping cultivars! Gracefully weeping green stems sport tiny, textural leaves. Not recommended for the Northwest.

Soil

Thrives in rocky, dry soils - good drainage is a must.

Pruning

Prune to shape after flowering if desired. Remove oldest stems periodically to encourage new growth, which flowers most prolifically.

Growing Tips

Cytisus is highly deer resistant and thrives best in dry, sunny conditions. We do not recommend it for the Northwest.
