Lo & Behold® 'Blue Chip Jr.' buttefly bush improves on the original in many ways: smaller size, less brittle stems, attractive silver-green foliage, and blooms weeks earlier than other buddleia. This fast-growing, profitable buddleia is perfect for mass plantings, containers, or in perennial gardens. Non-invasive and approved for sale in Oregon.
