DescriptionI'm the first to admit that I'm not a fan of barberry. Some years ago there was a barberry next to where I parked my car each night, and it was literally a real pain.
But barberry has its place. I have spoken to landscapers who have sites where getting anything to grow is a challenge. Bad soil. Sunny, windy, hot conditions - like a parking lot. If you're in an area where Berberis aren't a problem, they can often be a solution.
