This strong blooming oleander’s unique bicolored flowers offer beauty and delightful fragrance all year long. The flowers are a unique dark red with eye-catching white striping. This is one tough shrub as well, tolerating heat and drought, and earning a spot in our Deer Proof program thanks to its excellent deer resistance.
