- Description
We've seen few yellow arborvitae that are as special as this one. It naturally grows as a dense, narrow pyramid, with scallops of bright foliage that light up the landscape year-round. Here in Michigan, it has shown no winter burn, and in our trial near Homestead, FL (USDA zone 10), it showed amazingly little burn, even in full sun. Fast growth from a yellow arbovitae and the ability to develop and keep a strong leader make it an outstanding production plant. Developed by Jim Emry, New Leaf Nursery, Grand Haven, MI.
