Description

A new addition to the Paraplu® series of roses of Sharon, Paraplu® Red is the closest to a true red Hibiscus syriacus that we have ever trialed. The large, showy red flowers are sure to attract hummingbirds and other pollinators as well as catch the eye of passersby. Its elegant upright habit makes it a useful landscape shrub, suited for use as a specimen, flowering hedge, or screen. Paraplu® Red is a tough landscape performer, tolerating challenging landscape conditions, such as drought and deer. This stunning rose of sharon was brought to us by Dr. Roderick Woods.
